Wir kommunizieren über verschiedene Kanäle (per Telefon, Whatsapp, Videokonferenz und geteilte Worksheets). Im ersten Schritt erstellen wir gemeinsam ein Briefingsheet, auf dem alle Projektdetails festgehalten werden. Und dann kann es auch schon losgehen! Unkompliziert, schnell und effizient!

Nach der Kontaktaufnahme erstellen wir im ersten Schritt gemeinsam ein Briefingsheet, auf dem alle Projektdetails festgehalten werden. Und dann kann es auch schon losgehen! Schließen wir einen Vertrag? / Will we conclude a contract?

Wie sieht es mit dem Datenschutz aus? / How about data protection?

Ihre Daten werden nur während der Dauer des Projektes bei mir gespeichert und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Danach werden sie gelöscht. Darüberhinaus schließen wir eine Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung ab.

Question 5

Wie lauten die Zahlungsbedingungen? / Which are the conditions of payment?

Der Preis für eine Projektstunde besträgt 49€ netto. Dieser Preis ist für jedes Projekt identisch. Die Abrechnung erfolgt im 15 Minuten-Takt. Ab einer Paketbuchung von 10 Stunden erhalten Sie einen Rabatt von 10%. 
 
Bei Auftragserteilung wird eine Anzahlung von 50% fällig. Der Restbetrag wird dann nach erfolgreicher Fertigstellung des Projektes mit der Endrechnung per Banküberweisung überwiesen. Optional kann der Gesamtbetrag auch vorab im Voraus im Online-Shop per Paypal bezahlt werden.  
 
Nachdem das vereinbarte Zeitguthaben aufgebraucht ist, erhalten Sie automatisch eine Dokumentation meiner Arbeitsleistung (Stundenzettel) per Email. Meine Zeiterfassung ist absolut transparent und kann jederzeit bei mir angefordert werden. 
 
The price for one project hour is € 49 net. This price is the same for each project. Billing takes place every 15 minutes. If you book a package of 10 hours or more, you will receive a discount of 10%.
 
When placing the order, a deposit of 50% is due. After the project has been successfully completed, the remaining amount will be transferred by bank transfer with the final invoice. Optionally, the total amount can also be paid in advance in the online shop via PayPal.
 
After the time credit has been used up, you will automatically receive documentation of my work performance (time sheet) by email. My time recording is absolutely transparent and can be requested from me at any time.

Wie erfolgt die Rechnungsstellung? / How about invoicing?

Nach erfolgreich abgeschlossenem Projekt erhalten Sie eine Rechnung.

Wann können wir starten? / When can we start?

Nach einem ersten Kennenlernen per Telefon, kurzer Zoom-Videokonferenz und Konkretisierung des Projektes in einem Briefing kann es sofort los gehen!
 
After getting to know each other by phone, a short zoom video conference and specifying the project in a briefing, we may start immediately!
